Dr. Henry Jekyll (Adam Baldwin), a young, successful surgeon travels to Hong Kong on his honeymoon.  Shortly after his arrival, he is suddenly caught in the middle of a violent gang war and is apparently blown to death along with his new bride.  He is miraculously resurrected by a mysterious but talented Chinese medicine man, Dr. Chau Chang Tseng). Upon his recovery, and aided by a potion which alters him physically and infuses him with a driving intensity and anger, Dr. Jekyll begins to wreak vengeance on those responsible for his wife’s death. But soon he learns the shocking news that his arrival in Hong Kong was predestined and that he is fated to become the legendary crime fighter called the White Dragon.
