Jerry and Pat are in a Seemingly ghoulish but profitable business. They but life insurance policies from the terminally ill and bet on them to die on schedule. However, life doesn’t always work on schedule and several "holdouts" have put the business on the verge of bankruptcy.

Enter, Barbara, a beautiful and deathly ill woman. She’s got a $2,000,000 policy and three months to live. The partners jump in and with the help of the Russian mafia, but in for a lot of money. But, is Barbara really at death’s door? Or is she in a business of her own? The tables never stop turning.
